This session will highlight requirements under the Education Department General Administration Regulations (EDGAR) and the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG), including US Department of Education interpretations, recent Office of Management and Budget updates, and flexibilities and guidance related to interruptions caused by COVID-19.

Ms. Graham has over 10 years experience on the topic. Ms. Bonnie Graham is a partner with Brustein & Manasevit, a federal education and grants management law firm. Ms. Graham represents federal education grantees and subgrantees in the resolution of adverse audit and program review determinations, false claims act investigations, and other administrative legal actions. Ms. Graham also works with clients on the requirements in the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
