2. Talk about the greatest contributing factor(s) that promoted positive change in your school.
Our greatest contributing factors is our implementation of what we call the Magic 11. The teacher Magic 11 is a tool that we use for coaching and observations that quantifies our classroom expectations. The result of this observation gives the teacher score that can range from +20 to -20. These scores are shared with everyone in the network so that teachers can see their own improvement, and see who the top performers are in the network. The teachers are strongly to encouraged to spend time in the classrooms of our top performers and steal everything that they possibly can to use in their own classrooms.

We also have weekly data meetings between our teachers and administrators (as instructional leads). These meetings a primarily focused on student data and developing reteaching plans of missed concepts. Teachers also practice delivering instruction in role play situations to mimic the classroom.
3. How has ESEA funding supported the school's success?
ESEA Funding has enabled WSA to employ paraprofessionals in the younger grades. These paraprofessionals assist teachers in doing targeted interventions with individual students
4. What professional development activities were used to improve teaching and learning?
We are a Teach Like A Champion School.

Teach Like a Champion improves teaching and learning by providing teachers with concrete techniques to enhance classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.

TLAC empowers teachers to create a positive learning environment, increase student participation, and maximize learning time. By focusing on specific strategies, such as effective questioning, clear instructions, and timely feedback, teachers can significantly improve student outcomes.
5. Talk about the cultural shift leading up to your school's success.
Our contributing factors are all essential elements of our culture from day one as an organization. We haven't really had to make a lot of cultural shifts.
