Darrell Andrews - For 15 years, Darrell Andrews Enterprises has been a national leader in helping schools and school districts increase graduation rates and successful life outcomes of students both at-promise and general population. Darrell “Coach D” Andrews’ unique speaking, consulting, training and coaching insights stem from years of hands-on experience via creating and running HYPE (Helping Youth Pursue Excellence), a successful workforce readiness, soft-skills and dropout prevention program that was one of the highest rated Workforce Investment Act (WIA) contracted initiatives in the United States. HYPE had the highest dropout prevention rates (96%) of all WIA programs. Our students were accepted into colleges, led in their communities and increased academic proficiency at a very high level.  HYPE’s success was a by-product of two core philosophies:1. Kids are not committed to programs; kids are committed to people; 2. A student with a dream is a student with a future; however, a student with a dream is fueled by a caring adult who believes in their dreams.
