Join us in this interactive workshop designed for school, District, and county leaders. Engaging in evidence-based decision-making with all relevant partners AND obtaining buy-in to produce effective and timely change is difficult. We will unpack evidence-based school improvement strategies and support participants to engage in a Plan, Do, Study, Act improvement cycle. Participants will engage in three activities: build a team, create an aim statement, and make an action plan. Research reveals that several schools have struggled to spend federal funds and get stuck in “data analysis paralysis” or spend more time planning than implementing. This session will motivate participants to create strong aim statements and an action plan to support high impact Title I.
