David Cantrell

Dr. David Cantrell serves as Director for the Office of School Support and Rural Programs in the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education.  In this role, he is responsible for overseeing several educational grants to States, local education agencies, and the Insular Areas.  These grants include the Rural Low-Income School program, the Small, Rural School Achievement program, the Comprehensive Centers, Equity Assistance Centers, and the Consolidated Grant.  
Faatimah Muhammad

Faatimah Muhammad serves as a Group Leader for ESSA programs.
Daniel Weeks

Daniel Weeks is the Title V Coordinator and Title I Data  Specialist for the Maine Department of Education.
