Dr. Macdonald has successfully lead school improvement initiatives for the past 19 years in rural, suburban, and urban school districts in three states. The implementation and use of data warehouse systems and building level Data Consults has been an intrical part of the process. He is also a current professor for the Kansas State University Leadership Studies program that prepares future building level leaders. He has also consulted with multiple school districts across the country.
