I was the principal developer of the Washington State Comprehensive Needs Assessment toolkit, in collaboration with the Office of System and School Improvement. I continue to work with others in the state agency to utilize this resource for a variety of purposes, along with sharing the toolkit with school districts throughout the state to increase the effectiveness of the needs assessment process.
