BOLD Leadership Network provide strategies, partnerships and programming for Black leaders in education to advance equity and opportunity for all students and communities.

We strive to meet the following goals:
(1) Increase the number of Black educators
(2) Improve measurable student outcomes
(3) Inspire the next generation of education professionals
(4) Change perceptions of Black men in the community
(5) Improve community, district and school level understanding of Black men in education and
(6) Impart sustainable, systemic changes in the field of education.
