The Leadership School is a community of leaders learning together.

Think of us like a gym. There are free weights, spin classes, treadmills, and a basketball court. There are yoga classes in the morning, on the weekends, at night. At the gym, you pick when you go, what you do, and how you do it. And, like a gym, we connect you with other people who you work out with (when you want to). We program a variety of learning experiences, help you monitor your progress, and give you a gentle reminder when you miss a few "workouts."

The Leadership School is led by nationally-recognized, award-winning leaders. Dr. Mark Wilson, the founder of The Leadership School, was recognized as the National Principal of the Year, and has trained thousands of school leaders and aspiring leaders over the past decade.

Dr. Stephen Peters, the host of our "TLS Presents" live show is currently the President of the International Literary Association and has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, shadowed for a year by the BBC for "The American High School' project, and is the founder of the Gentlemen's and Ladies' Clubs, a national organization to support academic and personal growth in schools across the country.
