Policies

All registrations and hotel reservations are purchased online via the National Title I Association registration system. Registration is required in order to book a hotel room. Purchases – including registration and full hotel stay - must be paid in full no later than July 20.  Both registration and hotel reservations may be held without payment for 30 days or until July 20, whichever comes first. Any unpaid items after the July 20th deadline will expire and automatically be cancelled. All major credit cards are accepted for payment.  If paying by check, the official check payment instructions must be followed exactly. Download a completed W9 form.
 

Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

•  Full refunds are available (less a $25 administrative fee) prior to July 21 for cancellations made in writing, using the Cancellation Form.
•  No refunds are available on or after July 21, 2015.
•  Hotel reservation changes may be requested using the Hotel Adjustment Form.
•  Transfers to another eligible attendee may be made at no cost at any time, using the Substitution Request Form.
