PRESENT
Purpose
The overall focus is unchanged—federal education programs serving disadvantaged students. The aim of the 2025 National ESEA Conference is to help every child succeed and achieve at high levels.
Hybrid Conference Session Formats
The 2025 National ESEA Conference is a hybrid event, and we're pleased to offer presenters opportunities to present either in-person or remotely. All sessions will be recorded and later made available to all audiences, with many sessions live-streamed to the virtual audience.
Thank You for Your Submissions
All proposals submitted before the deadline will be reviewed by a committee of federal education programs professionals from across the country in a highly competitive two-part process. On Wednesday, August 28th, email notifications will be sent to applicants whose sessions have been provisionally accepted or declined. Presenters with a "provisional" session will be asked to agree to the official Terms & Conditions by Monday, September 16th for the proposal to be "accepted."
The Proposal Guidelines outline everything you need to know about presenting at the 2025 National ESEA Conference. Download it now!
