The National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators (NAESPA) is thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new LEA Affiliate Program, opening the doors to professionals like you for the first time!

At NAESPA, our mission is clear: "Building the capacity of education professionals to provide all children served by ESEA programs with a high-quality education." We've remained committed to this mission, and have evolved our support beyond just Title I, Part A – Basic Grants to LEAs to include all ESEA title programs that align with NAESPA.

Eligibility: If you're an LEA administrator responsible for overseeing federal programs that impact disadvantaged children, you're eligible for enrollment in this non-voting LEA affiliate program. Using the ESEA definition of LEA, administrators of ESEA programs in public school districts, charter schools, and Tribal schools are eligible.
