Affiliate Program
Are you passionate about improving the academic achievement of disadvantaged students? Are you a local educational agency level (LEA) administrator of ESEA programs? If so, we have exciting news for you! The National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators (NAESPA) is thrilled to announce the launch of our new LEA Affiliate Program.
At NAESPA, our mission is clear: "Building the capacity of education professionals to provide all children served by ESEA programs with a high-quality education." We've remained committed to this mission, and have evolved our support beyond just Title I, Part A – Basic Grants to LEAs to include all ESEA title programs that align with NAESPA.
Eligibility: If you're an LEA administrator responsible for overseeing federal programs that impact disadvantaged children, you're eligible for enrollment in this non-voting LEA affiliate program. Using the ESEA definition of LEA, administrators of ESEA programs in public school districts, charter schools, and Tribal schools are eligible.
