In this informative, provocative, and applicable workshop, former award-winning principal and best-selling author Pete Hall (Teach, Reflect, Learn and Pursuing Greatness, among others) will share a sprinkling of research supporting the value of strong lesson plans, offer real-life connections to the purpose of this work, and engage you with your colleagues to collaborate meaningfully as you dissect four collections of rigorous reflective questions. Arrive thinking you know what effective planning is; depart with a new perspective and dozens of prompts to challenge yourself, your teammates, and your staff to think more deeply, accurately, and frequently about how we go about our business.

Pete Hall served as principal of three Title-1 schools for 12 years. Under his direction, each of the schools received recognition for student achievement. He has been honored with numerous awards for his leadership, and his 12 books have sold nearly 1 million copies worldwide.
