Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough! Supporting Collaborative Planning Through Leadership Teams

Using the Hits of Michael Jackson, participants will embark upon a high-energy and high-impact journey of reflection and refinement of collaborative planning and leadership team practices to increase collective ownership of the development, implementation and monitoring of the process at school and district levels. We will start with the "Man in the Mirror", examining our own school/district practices and then "Remember the Time" of great success and opportunity. We will determine ways to "Beat It" by exploring obstacles to implementation so that leadership teams will "Want to Be Startin' Something" powerful in Collaborative Planning by leveraging and building their capacity.
