Using AI to Streamline Instructional Coaching: A Pilot Success Story

Opportunities for teachers to deeply reflect on their practice is limited with time and resources (even with instructional coaches in a school). To problem-solve for this issue, we piloted AI technology for teacher professional development and reflection. Join us to explore our pilot process of a platform for scaling-up teacher support and self-reflection using an AI platform. You will hear how we introduced a novel AI tool to teachers and what we learned from teacher feedback that informed our decision to continue and expand our usage of this technology into the current school year. We will show you how we have personalized professional learning and self-reflection for more teachers which are aligned to school and district priorities for high-quality instruction. You will leave with our framework and new ideas for implementing AI tools for teacher professional learning as well as an understanding of how AI is changing teacher PD.
