Donna Johnson is the Director of Accountability, Strategic Planning and Performance Officer for the Office of the State Superintendent (OSSE) in the District of Columbia. She leads the development and implementation of the new Accountability system called the School Transparency and Reporting (STAR) Framework, the new State, LEA, and school level report cards, and other accountability items related to ESSA.
