Learn how the Bethel School District in Washington State (enr. 20,130) engaged the entire organization to create a system of support that generates an ongoing interaction between principals, teachers, and district office leaders. This new framework for curriculum implementation is responsible for rapidly turning principals into connected and confident instructional leaders that increase teacher capacity to successfully implement curriculum aligned to the Common Core Standards.

Mr. Boynton has an extensive background implementing building systems to support RTI. When he was a principal his school was used as a model for RTI implementation, not only for the district, but also for other schools in our region.

Dr. Hammond has completely realigned district and building level systems and structures to ensure teachers are receiving on-going, job-embedded quality professional development throughout the year. Dr. Hammond's research on Adult Learning Learning and Principal Leadership has help him develop a Curriculum Implementation Framework that works to align the entire organization around a specific set of success criteria.
