School Leadership Matters

Learn what NEW research shows about the connection of student achievement to school and teacher leadership! Dr. Richard Ingersoll, Professor of Education and Sociology, University of Pennsylvania and Consortium for Policy Research in Education, will present his findings which involved nearly one million educators across 16 states. Additionally, this session will focus on how Dr. Ingersoll’s findings are being used in strategic planning for state, district and school leaders, especially as they relate to the state’s ESSA plan, Title I funding, and equitable access. The session will be interactive and allow for questions from the participants.
