Mark is the Project Director for the Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning (CALL) and the Four Domains CALL System. He works closely with schools and LEAs to collect action-based data for school improvement planning. Prior to his work as Project Director, Mark obtained his doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin and was a teacher in New York City for eight years.
