As Director of Program Resources with the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio -Columbus, Oh, Regina's educational funding experience includes statewide federal program implementation for school improvement utilizing IASA, NCLB, and ESSA, equitable Nonpublic school service implementation, federal program service for an online school and collaborative federally funded consortiums. Currently, she facilitates a regional district federal coordinator network and resourceful consortiums to build professional capacity across multiple Ohio counties. Regina completed her Masters of Educational Administration with The Ohio State University and BA from Muskingum University. She has served on the planning board for the National Dropout Prevention Conference, facilitated school improvement training, ESSA grant planning, and was an educational consultant with the Ohio Department of Education in the Office of Federal Programs.
