Rosalie Wichterman is the Lead ESOL teacher at Fair Oaks ES, leading a team of 9 and serving over 600 EL students. She received her MEd in TESOL from Kennesaw State University. Currently, she is a doctorate student at Walden University pursuing an EdD in Reading, Literacy & Assessment.
