This session will cover new and emerging guidance for managing programs under ESEA. With up-to-the-minute updates on regulations, statutory changes, and guidance provided to States and districts, it is intended to help leaders plan how to manage their ESEA programs -- and understand what changes may be coming down the road in the near future.

Julia Martin

Julia Martin is the Director of Policy and Government Affairs at the Bruman Group, a law firm based in Washington, DC. Before working at the firm, she worked on Capitol Hill for both a member of Congress and a Congressional committee on issues relating to education and social policy. Julia has presented for more than a decade on similar topics and has hands-on experience drafting federal legislation and working in Congress.
