With a focus on continuous improvement and comprehensive data analysis, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) can be an effective tool that can be used to elevate student achievement and foster linguistic progression for English learners. This presentation will highlight the collective collaboration and responsibility of administration, core teachers, and ESL teachers in effectively supporting English learners (ELs) within professional learning communities (PLCs). It will showcase how intentional inclusivity can foster impactful instruction for EL students. Through collaborative planning, teaching, assessing, and reflecting, educators can work together to effectively serve English learners. Ultimately, this presentation will help support equity and accessibility for English learners in the classroom by promoting the establishment of systemic and sustainable structures that facilitate collaboration.
