Eduardo is the Co-Founder & CEO of Mindset Works, which he co-founded in 2007 with Carol Dweck Ph.D., Lisa Blackwell Ph.D., and others to help enable a world in which people seek and are fulfilled by ongoing learning and growth.  Mindset Works provides in-person, digital and printed growth mindset trainings and resources to thousands of schools and their teachers and students.

Eduardo has spoken at numerous events and industry conferences for educators, students, school and district leaders, and workplace professionals and executives.  His highly-rated TEDx talk on the growth mindset has been viewed by over 1.8 million people.  In November 2016 he delivered a second TEDx talk titled When performing gets in the way of improving.  He has been featured and quoted in several publications and news media, including EdWeek, NPR, The Huffington Post, KQED MindShift, EdSurge, and others.
