Kristin Schaub
Ms. Schaub has participated as a teacher in the pilot years of H.E.R.O.E.S, with her class of special education and general education students reaching 100% proficiency on the state assessment. She worked to reform the data analysis process in order to develop a continuous process that identifies areas of needs of students, matches those needs to classroom-based interventions, and identifies ways to build the teacher's capacity to meet those needs.
