Mr. Russ Sweet holds an undergraduate degree from Judson Baptist College and graduate degree from Portland State University. Mr. Sweet works as a Team Lead in federal programs at the Oregon Department of Education where he provides support for Title I-A, Title I-D, Neglected and Delinquent programs and private schools. He also has been a middle school teacher and a teacher to incarcerated youth.
