This presentation will offer attendees updates on recent Congressional and regulatory action, including likely results proceeding from the November 2016 elections. Updates will focus on the Congressional agenda as it pertains to K-12 education, as well as likely perspectives of and actions by the incoming administration. Special attention will be paid to how the incoming administration is likely to continue implementation of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
