We are all aware of the dismal facts about America's literacy rates amongst underprivileged and minority schools. I'll be presenting an innovative method to build the foundations of reading and math by using a multi-modality approach and an engaging technology called Augmented Reality. Attendees will learn the importance of teaching students with kinesthetic, visual, and auditory modalities coupled with technology that helps students engage more, learn more, and retain more.

Cynthia Kaye

Cynthia is an innovator, developer, and publisher of education software for Pre-K to 3rd grade students. She earned her BS in Elementary Education as a graduate of Florida State University. Cynthia was honored as a leader of one of the Top 15 Fastest Growing Ed-Tech Woman-Led Companies in North America. She is a graduate of MIT’s Birthing of Giants program for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Cynthia’s passionate mission is to equip teachers with engaging technology that helps their students become proficient in reading and math by third grade. She is a contributing writer on the subject of educational technologies and student engagement.
