Acquire protocols for successful data-driven implementation while creating a climate for site-based capacity building. Gain strategies to assess and strengthen school culture as a major driver for school improvement while exploring the stages of team development, analysis of individual leadership styles and protocols for successful group dynamics. Gain tools for assessing the four major sources of data (demographic, perception, achievement and program) as key components in designing a comprehensive school-wide monitoring system.
