Teens are at the center of everything we do. Through our programs, teens create consistent positive relationships with adults who help them build life skills, develop a positive sense of self, and make healthy connections with others and the community. At the heart of all of our programs is helping young people develop the Social-Emotional Learning skills that are critical to ensuring they learn to overcome challenges, feel connected to and build relationships with others and their community, and do well in school.

Wyman currently offers two evidence-based SEL programs for national replication. Teen Outreach Program (TOP) and Teen Connection Project (TCP) are available to teen-serving organizations to replicate in their own communities. Curriculum, training, fidelity monitoring and ongoing technical assistance is available to Partners delivering Wyman Programs through Wyman's National Network. Wyman's National Network currently serves a partner network of 73 organizations serving over 26,000 teens annually.
