The RULE of 3 curriculum starts at early childhood and includes the United States Institute of Sciences research-based strategies that show high evidence for student achievement. The high-evidence strategies include: vocabulary development, phonics, literacy, critical and divergent thinking skills. The RULE of 3 curriculum accelerates language and literacy development starting in kindergarten or Pre-kindergarten. The goal is to accelerate rather than remediate..

High stakes testing results has shown 51 point gains for African Americans, 56 point gains for special education and the closing of the achievement gap from 12.9 to 1.8.
