Breaking Down Barriers: A Guide to Culturally Responsive Teaching

In this session, strategies supporting equitable opportunities will be shared with participants including the support of language acquisition in the classroom, as well as practices that help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. As trends tend to change and EL populations grow, it is critical for educators to continuously meet the needs of diverse learners by creating equitable opportunities for students in the classroom with a culturally responsive curriculum.
