Pam Lehman has worked in Technical Assistance and Product Development at the IRIS Center since 2020. In addition to providing technical assistance, Ms. Lehman plays a key role in the development and review of IRIS resources and training materials. While Ms. Lehman has been in her role at IRIS since 2020, she first began working at Vanderbilt University in 2017, serving as a project coordinator on a federally funded research project studying the efficacy of math and reading interventions for early elementary students at risk for developing learning disabilities. Prior to her work at Vanderbilt University, Ms. Lehman served as a public-school teacher. Her experiences as a teacher drive her to support educators and students; she is committed to serving and empowering them throughout her life.
Sarah Semon is the Technical Assistance Coordinator at Vanderbilt University. In addition to extensive experience as a teacher educator and researcher, Dr. Semon has over 15 years of experience collaborating with states and districts to provide professional development to improve special education outcomes. She recently presented at the 2022 National Council for Exceptional Children Conference and CEC’s Teacher Education Division Conference.
