Yolonda Edwards is the Director of Operations for the Office of Family and Community Engagement (FACE) within The School District of Philadelphia. She joined the district as a Lead Data Analyst in the summer of 2013. She works closely with the Deputy Chief of the FACE Office to manage staff workflows, administer family and community engagement programs as well as create and manage family engagement information systems. Her focus is data, metrics and processes that allow for quality assurance and designed to systemically improve the family engagement metrics that contribute to positive student outcomes.
