Megan McCarthy is an Associate Program Officer on the K-12 Education Team, supporting the Advancing Actionable Knowledge strategy. Prior to this role, Megan was an Interim Associate Program Officer on the K-12 Knowledge Management team, focused on team learning, communications, and knowledge management. Before joining the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Megan worked in development, internal operations, and board relations for New Profit, a Boston-based venture philanthropy firm. She has also worked in higher-ed development on the Principal Gifts team at Boston University. Megan has a BA in Communication Studies from Northeastern University.
