Monica's areas of expertise include K12 public sector research, collaborating with researchers, data governance, business rules, student growth measures, local accountability, educator evaluation systems, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, she served as Project Coordinator & Manager of Accountability Metrics Team at the New York State Education Department and as Project Director of the NSF-IMPPACT Project at Syracuse University.
