Roger Rosenthal
Roger Rosenthal, an attorney, is widely recognized as one of the foremost legal experts in the country regarding the rights of immigrant children and English Learners in the public schools. He is also considered the foremost legal expert in the U.S. outside of government regarding the Title I, Part C Migrant Education Program. He served a two year term as co-chair of the national Hispanic Education Coalition and remains active in the Coalition.. He has dedicated his career to access to education and ensuring an opportunity to learn for all students. Mr. Rosenthal is the Executive Director of the Migrant Legal Action Program (MLAP) in Washington, DC, and serves as Executive Consultant to the National Association of State Directors of Migrant Education (NASDME). He is a graduate of Yale College and Georgetown Law School.
