Sheila Gerrish has over 30 years of practical experience as a teacher, school administrator, district-level coordinator, and most recently a Title I, Part A Program Supervisor for the state of Washington. She holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, both from Seattle Pacific University. Sheila is passionate about supporting others to utilize data to make intentional instructional decisions that will lead to success for all students.
