Shannon Elliott is a proud wife and mother, with two biological children and two stepchildren. Her journey in education began in 2007, starting as a classroom teacher where she dedicated 11 years to shaping young minds. Transitioning into leadership, she served as an assistant principal for 5 years, focusing on enhancing school environments and fostering academic growth. For the past 2 years, she has been a part of the PFE Statewide Initiative, where she is passionate about parent and family engagment statewide as well as educational improvement and policy development. Her career is driven by a commitment to nurturing learning environments that empower students and families and support educational excellence.
