Natasha Camp

Natasha Camp is a seasoned educator with 26 years of dedicated experience in the field of education. Throughout her career, she has served in multiple roles, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, and administrator for instructional leadership development. Her commitment to improving educator effectiveness and learning outcomes for students led her to the position of Assistant Superintendent for Educational Services, and she now serves as the Deputy Assistant Superintendent for School Improvement at the Arizona Department of Education. Natasha has a longstanding passion for school improvement and professional development, focusing on elevating educational practices and systemically building the capacity of leaders in schools.
Adam Schwartz

Dr. Adam Schwartz has extensive experience in the school improvement process, having led various initiatives to enhance educational outcomes. His expertise includes collaborating in the design and implementation of strategic frameworks like Project Momentum Arizona, which focuses on collaboration, adaptability, and student-centered growth. Dr. Schwartz has worked closely with educators and administrators to integrate evidence-based practices, foster professional development, and drive data-informed decision-making. His commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in education has consistently yielded positive results, making him a trusted leader in the field of school improvement.
Michelle Udall

Michelle Udall serves as associate superintendent for the Arizona Department of Education. Her division includes School Improvement, the Office of Indian Education, Title IV-A and ESSER Funding. Prior to her work at the state education agency, Mrs. Udall served as a state legislator and a high school math teacher.

When Michelle worked in the legislature, the governor's office funded Project Momentum for a few Arizona school districts. Michelle saw the incredible growth and as the leader of school improvement for the state chose to integrate Project Momentum with the state agency's school improvement efforts. Michelle has been instrumental in the design, structure and funding of Project Momentum Arizona. Under her leadership, PMAZ has gone from serving 7 school districts to serving 58 districts across AZ.
