Donique Reid
Donique Reid is a Policy and Research Associate for the Policy and Practice (P2P) team at the Alliance. She conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the policy work at the Alliance and manages a complex economic model for the Alliance's Graduation Effect project. She has authored several pieces on preparing students for college and career, preparing effective teachers, and using data to drive school improvement. She is certified in secondary Spanish language instruction and has taught in Title I schools in Prince George’s County (MD). Ms. Reid received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in sociology and education, with a concentration in education policy from Teachers College, Columbia University.
