Amber has four years of program evaluation experience with Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) in Texas, including site visits and observations, data collection and analysis, and formative and summative evaluation. She has also worked as an Evaluation Specialist at Dallas Independent School District, which has multiple Title I schools, and currently serves as Evaluation Specialist at the Latin American Youth Center, evaluating education programs in Washington DC and Maryland Title I schools.
