Dr. Stanley Pogrow has 30 years of experience in working with schools and districts in 48 states on accelerating the achievement of Title I student in the critical grades 4-8. He is the developer of the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) intervention and is one of the nation's leading scholars in how to reduce the achievement gap and in documenting the tremendous untapped intellectual potential that Title I students possess.
