Tiffany Winters
Tiffany R. Winters, as a partner at Brustein & Manasevit, PLLC, actively represents States, school districts, and other agencies with fiscal and programmatic compliance related to federal education programs, including Title I the ESEA. Ms. Winters provides legal advice to clients on the requirements of the Uniform Grants Guidance, EDGAR and GEPA. Ms. Winters regularly conducts trainings, mock monitoring visits and assists in the resolution of adverse audit and program review determinations. Ms. Winters graduated cum laude from Clemson University and received her law degree at the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Ms. Winters is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the U.S. Supreme Court.
