Jessica Haight
Jessica has worked for Tulsa Public Schools for 25 years. She began her career as a 5th grade classroom teacher at Cherokee Elementary. She taught at Cherokee for nine years before transferring to Chouteau Elementary where she spent five years. While in her last year of teaching, she participated in leadership training at the TPS Aspirant Academy. She transitioned out of the classroom into a principal intern position at Eugene Field Elementary. In the middle of the year, Jessica was placed as acting principal at Robertson Elementary where she remained for six and half years. In 2013, Jessica moved into the role of Instructional Leadership Director supporting eleven schools. In this role she acts as both coach and supervisor to her eleven principals. To support her professional growth, Jessica participated in the National Principal Supervisors Academy Fellowship. She was accepted to be part of the Leverage Leadership Institute for the 2017-18 school year.
