Katie Hagan co-leads a working group of 40+ state agency representatives focused on implementing the ESSA financial transparency requirement. She's worked with these individuals since November 2016, and is knowledgable about the ongoing efforts in each of the working group states. In addition, she has research background in systems change at the district level, which she will connect to this upcoming release of school-level finance data.
