Kathryn Ferreira is the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement and Support at Placer County Office of Education. Prior to being a Director for the County Office of Ed, Kathryn was a Site Principal of Title I, program improvement schools, Vice Principal, an instructional coach, professional development provider, and teacher. Her expertise comes from her recent work at the school sites on building sustainable systems for Multi-Tiered System of Support, on-going professional development and coaching, instructional leadership, as well as building capacity through effective Professional Learning Communities. Her efforts in school reform were focused on the whole system, which included creative and systematic approaches to addressing the needs of underserved students.
