Aspen Florence has been an educator in Utah for the past 20 years. She taught Special Education for ten years in the K-12 setting. She worked as a behavior specialist for five years and was the Director of Student Advocacy for two years in the Ogden School District. She also teaches M.Ed Special Education and Leadership Courses at Weber State. Aspen works as a consultant providing professional learning and coaching nationally and works for the Utah State Board of Education as a Prevention Specialist supporting student attendance. Aspen holds a B.A in Psychology, an M.Ed in Leadership, an M.Ed. in Curriculum Design and Instruction, and is currently completing her Ed.D with an emphasis on social service worker wellness.
