Dr. Jarle Crocker
Dr. Jarle Crocker is a Principal Research Associate at Westat. He is the Project Director for the Student Engagement and Attendance Center and the Promise Neighborhoods Program Technical Assistance project. He has over 20 years of experience providing training, technical assistance, and management support for federal grants and other funders to improve education and human services for children and families. He has extensive technical knowledge of performance measurement, outcomes-based planning, organizational change processes, service integration strategies, data analysis, and leadership development. Dr. Crocker has worked with nonprofits and coalitions of community-based stakeholders to build policy agendas, design governance structures to manage collaborative initiatives, and facilitate complex planning processes. He has a PhD in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University.
