Sarah Frazelle is a senior researcher at AIR, focusing on projects related to college and career readiness and success and is the Co-Director for the Student Engagement and Attendance Center. Over the past 15 years, she has focused on improving student attendance and engagement, developing and providing technical assistance to schools and districts on braiding quantitative and qualitative data to create action plans for equitable student outcomes. She also has built partnerships to collaborate with native communities to develop culturally responsive student support systems; led collaborations with state and local education agencies to identify data for program evaluation and evaluate data quality; and provided problem solving, analytic technical assistance, and research and evaluation support through the lens of equity. Frazelle holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Kansas.
